    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    Your primary responsibility at PDA as a Project Manager is to keep our projects running smoothly – on time and on budget. We are looking for an organized, creative, detail-oriented, people person to join our team. This position will assist in planning and managing project workflow and execution, maintaining client and vendor relationships, and will support our design team in producing great work for our clients. In short, you must be ridiculously organized and incredibly positive.

    WHO

    • Recent college graduate with 1-3 years of experience in an office or studio environment
    • Detail-oriented, supportive taskmaster, with strong organizational aptitude, and sharp people skills
    • Able to adapt quickly to scope-creep, project demands, timeline, and priority shifts

    • Effectively manages budgets and timelines

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Oversee the planning and tracking of all work, tasks, and project budgets and  milestones
    • Work closely with the designers, vendors, and clients to coordinate daily project and office related tasks
    • Keep our project management software up to date with deadlines and details
    • Manage office and project calendar and schedule meetings
    • Manage day-to-day office functions, from greeting clients and answering phones to obtaining samples, taking notes, and other daily administrative tasks
    • Assist designers in gathering project quotes, procuring vendors, and meeting production deadlines
